The purpose of this Operation and Management Policy for Visual Data Processing Devices is to inform you of the purpose and method of use and management of visual data processed by Hotel Lotte Lotte Resort (hereinafter "the Company").
The Company installs and operates visual data processing devices for the following purposes under the Article 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act:

The company entrusts the installation and management of Video information processing device as follows, and stipulates necessary matters so that personal information can be safely managed in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

You may ask the operator of the visual data processing device at any time if you wish to view, check or delete your personal visual data, provided that the visual data must include your image, and that the personal visual data be clearly required for protection of life, body and property of the data subject. The Company will take the necessary measures without delay if you ask for viewing, checking or deletion of personal visual data.

- The company will take necessary measures without delay (within 10 days) when it receives a request for reading or confirming the existence or deletion of personal visual data when it is requested by the data subject, and in this case, the person who made the request such as reading can receive an identification certificate such as a resident registration card, driver's license, and passport.
The company has the right to decline the request for viewing, verifying the existence of, or deleting the personal visual data and will inform the person who making the request of the reason orally, in writing, electronically, or by other means within 10 days when :
